Having received her BA in Political Science from FIU and an MSEd from UPenn, Andrea Toledano believes economic development thrives when business and education intersect.
To bring that vision to life, she founded a company that leverages her network in South Florida's real estate market while fostering the next generation through a "build-your-own" mentorship-focused internship program.
This approach enables her to mentor young people and aspiring entrepreneurs, blending hands-on experience with a focus on real-world skills that will help them explore and pursue career options.
She wants to pay it forward, as she received the opportunity to intern for the NFLPA South Florida Chapter when she was in high school herself and it kickstarted her career.
Drawing from her own experiences (which include her family's real estate business, running for Broward County Commission as well as serving on boards like United Way of Broward County’s NextGen United and Woodhouse), Andrea is committed to building stronger communities and inspiring young entrepreneurs.
